Helping Boys and Young Men of Color Reach their Full Potential

Darrin Anderson, CEO of the NJ YMCA State Alliance, discusses a collaborative nationwide program to support and advance life outcomes for boys and young men of color who face profound challenges growing up. He also discusses the Y’s outreach efforts to socially isolated older adults as well as the organization’s early childhood and camp programs and the ways in which the Y is working to combat food insecurity statewide.
