Jillisa Bondurant, Winnebago County CASA Program
There are over 1200 children in the Winnebago County Abuse and Neglect court system. The CASA program is a volunteer based organization that advocates for abused and neglected children. Training is provided for volunteers, who usually give about 10 hours a month. CASA prides itself on being the one consistent person in this child's life.
