Second City Canine Rescue
Second City Canine Rescue (SCCR) is a foster-based, largely volunteer-run organization dedicated to helping dogs in need. SCCR has saved over 3,000 dogs since 2011 and relies on foster homes to help be the bridge from shelter to forever homes.
