Forensics: An Incredible Tool but Still Faulty

Valena Beety, Director of the West Virginia Innocence Project at WVU's College of Law, tells host Eric Minor that applying forensics to criminal cases isn't the same as a television court drama. In real- life, 25 percent of wrongful convictions are a result of faulty evidence, and that forensics is a great tool that can be made better.
