In Utah alone, there are 100,000 single mother households and of these 40% are at the poverty level. Lindsey Reese, Stella H. Oaks Foundation Board Member, discusses how the Foundation works to lift single mothers and their children out of poverty by providing them with scholarships to pursue their educational goals.
