Empowering the Homeless

Founded in 1985, Lincoln Park Community Services’ (LPCS) mission is to bring communities together to empower homeless men and women to make and sustain life changes. Truly a community-based organization, LPCS has always been operated by the pool of more than 2,00 volunteers each year who serve our community in a variety of ways. LPCS believes each and every individual has the opportunity to transform his or her life and secure stable housing. LPCS supports Guests in overcoming barriers through an individualized approach to secure housing, achieve greater stability, and increase self-sufficiency.
