Y.A.B. is a women's business operating as a conglomerate created by three women thriving to be the best in every aspect of life. With a focus on changing the narrative for women of color in business. By challenging the socially constructed hierarchy of the placement of women of color in business through creating a chamber of commerce for businesses owned by this demographic, Y.A.B. is able to push for a percentage increase in chief executive officers and founders with consistently thriving businesses.With a strong focus on business & entrepreneurship, community engagement & mentorship, and personal development, Y.A.B.'s goal is to support, uplift, and encourage women of color and to ultimately "Lift As We Climb".
