Michael Bybee

Michael Bybee serves as the Director of External Communications for Comcast’s Houston Region. In this role, he works to develop, manage and implement the regional public relations strategy and external communications to relevant audiences including media, customers and public officials. As a company spokesperson, Michael represents Comcast to the press and public.

Michael joined Comcast from Time Warner Cable after the companies dissolved a mutual partnership where he served as the Manager of Government Relations. Prior to Time Warner Cable, he was Manager of Public Relations for Super Bowl XXXVIII in Houston.

A veteran of the military, he served four years in the United States Air Force including one year in the Middle East in support of Operation Desert Shield. A graduate of Columbia College in Chicago, Michael obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in public relations/communications.
