According to the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, nearly 95% of adults who smoke started smoking before the age of 21. Currently, the out-of-pocket costs for some oral chemotherapy medications are higher than intravenous medications. Andrew Schepers of the American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network, joins host Laurel Hess for a discussion on efforts being made to change legislation.
