A life line for suicidal Center County youth and residents is available through a 24-hour phone or text hotline – 814-237-5855, according to Adam Salyards, President of the Centre Helps Board of Directors, who also says the organization has partnered with the National Suicide Lifeline to help reduce the highest national suicide rate in nearly two decades.
