Music at the Monument is a concert series heldon the steps oftheLincoln Memorial in Washington, DC. The concert series brings an opportunity to improve access for minority populations who use infrequently our National Parks and Monuments, as well as other priority populations (veterans, youth and seniors). Elena Russo talks with Darryl Haley, Producer of Music at the Monument. They discuss the concerts that take place at the Lincoln Memorial now thru September.
