One such program is YOUmedia. Now celebrating its 10th anniversary, YOUmedia is a safe space for teens to discover their interests, pursue their passions, and learn critical skills that will prepare them for life after high school.

Brenda Langstraat, President of the Chicago Public Library Foundation, will discuss the work of the Foundation and the public-private partnership model that has made Chicago Public Library #1 in the US and #3 in the world. She will also talk about the role of Chicago Public Library as the cornerstone of Chicago communities.
