Hurricane Michael devastated the Florida Panhandle when it made landfall in 2018, causing more than 25-billion dollars in damage. One year later, residents are still picking up the pieces and trying to rebuild. One of those people making a difference is Donna Pilson, Executive Director of Rebuild Bay County.
