In March, for Women’s History Month, Artists’ Ensemble Theater will present Silent Sky, the true story of Henrietta Leavitt and the real women "computers" working at the dawn of modern astronomy, 1894-1921. It was a breakthrough discovery by Leavitt that enabled astronomers, including Edwin Hubble, to calculate the distance between Earth and remote galaxies and stars.
