Yolanda Vazquez speaks with Shannon Sneed, representing District 13 for the Baltimore City Council. One of the bills Shannon proposed was the residential requirements bill. Along with Delegate Cory McCray from District 45, they were able to submit legislation, providing that if you were in a supervisory position or an At-will employee, you must live in the city. Another item is displaced workers protection, which enables employees who aren’t going to be retained by the city, to have 90 days to seek employment.
