Yolanda Vazquez speaks with Kenneth Mills, Chief Executive from the Baltimore County Revenue Authority. This public corporation was created by the state of Maryland in 1955 to build, own and operate public use facilities. Over the years, the Revenue Authority has built toll bridges, education centers, a library and even a courthouse. Their 3 principle businessses they oversee right now are parking, golf and Sportsplex, their indoor sports facility. They have 5 golf courses at 4 facilities where they offer instruction or lessons.
