The Social Impact Philanthropy & Investment team is providing wrap-around services to social enterprises and nonprofits by offering training programs that enable residents of legacy cities to pursue life-changing career opportunities. Legacy cities are older, industrial urban areas that have experienced significant population and job loss, resulting in high residential vacancy and diminished service capacity and resources.
