Irineo Castillo, is a Program Coordinator for the LULAC National Educational Service Centers, or LNESC. The League of United Latin American Citizens or LULAC is a Hispanic civil rights organization. A branch of the Upward Bound program which services low income and first generation college applicants. LNESC provides resources to assist students with meeting their goal of being accepted into college.
