County Commissioner Esteban Bovo, Jr. is the Chair of the 2020 Census Task Force and believes far too many residents were undercounted nearly 10 years ago. He discusses his plan to increase the participation rate in 2020, as well as clear up any confusion surrounding the upcoming survey, which could have some long term effects to Miami-Dade’s most bustling programs and services.
