According to a recent study by the Victory Fund, there is a correlation between the number of openly LGBT public officials in a given state and the state?s level of LGBT equality. A conversation with Aisha Moodie-Mills, President and C.E.O. of the Gay & Lesbian Victory Fund and Institute.
