Jobs in science, technology, engineering and math - or STEM fields - are on the rise. Over the past 10 years, growth in STEM jobs was three times as fast as growth in non-STEM jobs. But statistics indicate that while the number of STEM jobs is increasing, the number of minority STEM workers is not keeping pace with that growth.
