According to a study by the Black Women's Roundtable, nearly 59 percent of voters in the African American community are women. Waikinya Clanton, National Executive Director of the National Organization of Black Elected Legislative Women (NOBEL-Women) discusses an initiative to encourage black women to get involved in the political arena.
