Metropolitan Family Services Children’s Center provides early childhood education and childcare to almost 90 children, ages 2-5 yrs old. The Children’s Center serves families from Belmont Cragin, Portage Park and Hermosa communities. The classroom activities engage critical thinking skills with play and lay the foundation for self-esteem and social skills development.
In addition to the children’s center, a large amount of volunteers, will also clean up the playground and community garden at our neighbor grammar school, Reinberg Elementary, and clean-up the two blocks on Central Avenue between Metropolitan Family Services and Reinberg Elementary.
