It is available to cities, towns and counties in Indiana with a total population of 25,000 or less. HCI is a long-term capacity building initiative comprised of three phases: Foundation, Building Block and Capstone.
“We’ve been chosen 1 of 3 cities in Indiana for the Hometown Collaboration Initiative. We’re putting together an agenda for the next generation of Logansport residents; we’re involving people in their 20s, 30s, and 40s…as well as those in high school and our senior citizens to be part of the process and be more collaborative in what we do.” Mayor Dave Kitchull, City of Logansport.
Host Taylor Bennett also explores other way Mayor Kitchull and the City of Logansport is focusing on the next generation of residents including language programs, bike trails and various outreach efforts.
