It is currently estimated that 1 in every 6 children will be affected by a neurological difference, 1 in 100 children will be diagnosed with autism, 1 in 54 boys and 1 in 252 girls.

The Monarch School received the National Association of Private Special Education Centers 2014 NAPSEC Award for Leadership & Innovation in Special Education

Wider audience than just Autism Spectrum Disorders–autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder, learning disabilities, Tourette Syndrome, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, traumatic brain injury and seizure disorders.

Monarch offers a safe inviting environment where students can practice and develop skills in self-regulation and self- awareness, executive functioning, relationships, and academic and professional competence

One of our fastest growing programs is Transition Services that offers employability, internship, and college support for young adults.

The Monarch School has an outstanding STEAM program. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Math education).
We have been recognized as having a commitment to teaching about

We were the first Special Needs School to reach LEED certification in the Nation.
